Executive Director
Walter X. Kalman, MSW, LSW is Executive Director, appointed in 2001. He was honored as NASW-NJ's Social Worker of the Year in 1994. He has served as Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Human Services, founding President of the NJ Association of Community Providers, Inc., and executive staff of two local chapters of The ARC. Walter also serves on the boards of numerous community service organizations.

Mary Jean Weston, MSW, LCSW, Assistant Executive Director, has been with NASW-NJ since 2008. She has served in senior staff capacities in several agencies in NJ and Texas. She has also worked as a psychotherapist in private practice in Houston.
